Processing
Orders are processed after payment, verification, and inventory checks are complete. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, carrier delays, or compliance reviews.
Eligibility
Shipping is available only to eligible locations where products can legally be sold and delivered. We may refuse, cancel, or hold orders if an address is outside our service area or cannot be verified.
Delivery
Delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, missed delivery attempts, verification requirements, or other events may affect delivery timing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Packaging
Orders are packed carefully and shipped in discreet packaging. Please inspect your package after delivery and contact support quickly if something appears damaged, missing, or incorrect.
Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders sent to incorrect, incomplete, restricted, or undeliverable addresses may be delayed, returned, cancelled, or become ineligible for refund depending on the situation.
Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or does not arrive after tracking shows a problem, contact support as soon as possible with your order number, tracking information, and clear photos when relevant.
Returns
Due to product type, safety, and compliance requirements, some items may be final sale once shipped, opened, used, or tampered with. Eligible return or replacement requests are reviewed case by case by support.
Refunds
Refunds, replacements, store credit, or cancellations may be offered when approved by support. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when available.
